Hulk Hogan’s son facing 15-years of jail time?!?
Former WWE/WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea could be facing 15-years in prison for vehicular manslaughter following (what appears at this moment to be) a single vehicle accident Sunday night. Nick and passenger John Graziano (a Marine who had returned from Iraq earlier this year) were involved in a high-speed collision with a palm tree, with Graziano remaining in critical condition with possible brain damage, or worse. If he were to die, Nick (according to Greta Van Sustren of Fox News Channel’s “On the Record) could have the stiff penalty levied against him. The Hogan family has reportedly hired an attorney specializing in criminal defense and drunk driving cases in the event charges are filed against Nick.
Police have interviewed some witnesses to the crash but are looking for more to step forward. Reportedly, witnesses have alleged spotting Nick’s Toyota Supra racing another vehicle prior to the accident. Regardless, excessive speed has already been pointed to by police as the cause of the accident. “When the car hit, it largely exploded or disintegrated, said a spokesman from the Clearwater, FL police department. Nick reportedly has a history of speeding with multiple tickets issued in the last year.
