Former World Champ’s WWE return rumors getting louder
Former WWF World Heavyweight Champion Psycho Sid (Sid Vicious/Sid Justice) is reportedly looking to make a comeback with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He has worked a several independants of late (including Lawler’s Memphis territory) and word has it that none other than Jerry “The King” Lawler has gone to bat, so-to-speak, for Sid’s return with the company. “This business needs me as bad as I need the business. I’ve got a helluva gimmick that’s guaranteed to make them money. It would be the greatest comeback in not just wrestling, but in sports history. Nobody has ever come back from a compound fracture two inches above the ankle.”
For those readers who may not remember, or perhaps have never seen Sid inside a wrestling ring, he was last seen in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) where he suffered one of the most-gruesome injuries one could ever endure — breaking his leg, on TV no less, when jumping down from the top rope and attempting to kick his opponent, Scott Steiner. At one time, he was a top draw in the WWE, albeit in a downward period in the business. Nonetheless, Mr. Mal supports the idea of for nothing else than to see Sid make it back inside a ring. He’s also one of the good guys, as well, never one to turn down an autograph request, and one who always made time for his fans. Of course, Arn Anderson may argue differently, but that’s another story. Break a leg, Sid — eer! — I mean, good luck.

I have seen that before. It gave me the creeps. I cant wait to see him comeback. I think he will be a great addition to WWE. We will see what happens.
