WWE roster gets even smaller - two more firings announced!
More cuts from the active World Wrestling Entertainment roster have been leaked — but these ones have nothing to do with the Signature Pharmacy scandal. This time out, both members of Cryme Tyme have been axed for what is believed to be unprofessional conduct. Word has it Cryme Tyme’s Shad (one half of the grossly-underachieving team) warned their opponents that night (Lance Cade and Trevor Murdock) that, in the midst of a burgeoning feud between the two teams, “whatever happens in that ring tonight, happens,” implying they may try and work stiff. Cade and Murdock then tipped off their referee for the show, who quick-counted three on Shad later in the match. The double-crossed duo then reportedly attacked the referee, stealing his belt in the process and legitimately selling it to the crowd. The two, apparently, were never well-liked backstage and were always regarded as being immature in their approach to the business. Mr. Mal says good riddance. This racially-insensitive stereotypical tag team was flat-out unentertaining and untalented. Even with endless promotion and bad vignettes, they never really got over at all and surely should be easily replaced.
